Here are some pictures of our day, featuring the girls' new skirts, and some pretty flowers in our yard.
I'm so glad I focused this one carefully on the dead weeds in the background rather than on the skirt. For this one, Greta said, "Take a picture of me with these babies!" and posed. She is so cute.

OH MY GOSH!!!!!! I have fabric ready to make the Lazy Day Skirts!!! What is wrong with us? Don't we have anything better to do than to be one another? haha.... :)
Your skirts turned out darling... And I loooove that picture of Greta and the stroller. Soo sweet. :) I guess I know what I am going to be making during K's nap today!
She IS so cute!! And so are the skirts. I printed out the pattern. I'll have to give it a go soon!
Are you joking Clare?! That's hilarious!! I hope you post pictures, I want to know what fabric/ribbon combinations you use. I love these skirts. I'm going to make zillions more. Greta was so sad to see hers in the dirty laundry pile this morning!

Yes I did make them, and need to get pictures! Isn't that crazy? I have also known about that pattern for a while, and even inherited a hand-me-down lazy days skirt from someone else but never made one myself. All I can say is, why have I waited so long??? I will try and post them later this week!
