Warning: Boring, Colorless Posts to Come

Greta dunked my camera in the kiddie pool today. She got it out of my bag while I was sweeping.

Poop.

Wow, Annie! Fans in China! I googled that and I think it says: "I make cameras for a living. I can send you one if you like?"

LOL, I can't seem to keep the spammers away.

Thanks for the offer, Caitie! Martin has an old camera around here somewhere that we'll try to dig up to use for now, and we were planning on buying ourselves a nice camera for Christmas so it's not toooooooo long to wait. :) But thank you!

Maybe you should borrow a few people's cameras so you can figure out what you do and don't like before you buy. I have a Canon you can borrow and a Nikon that you could use too. Remember I lost all those cameras there for a while? One was left in a taxi in Portugal, the next was flooded (memory cards dry out by the way), and the 3rd was stolen out of my car. I like my Canon. My best advice...Make sure it has a view finder!!!!! Taking pictures in the sun without a view finder is no fun at all. I didn't think I'd mind, but I HATED it!
